This
dog came to investigate what was going on. Despite being
malnourished and in bad physical condition, he had a very friendly
disposition. After he was treated and neutered, he got adopted by
one of the workers of the Health Center.
Spay/Panama
has 40 spay packs for blitzes. These were all purchased with our
own funds. The instruments are autoclaved after each surgery.
